On June 8-10th, I will be partaking in the 10th Annual Tartu Conference on East European and Eurasian Studies. My panel will revolve around my book published last year, Collective Memory in Post-Soviet Kaliningrad Oblast. I will also be chairing over another panel, Geopolitics and Migration: War, Activism, and the Liminal Identities of Russian and Belarusian Diasporas that features presentations by outstanding scholars in the field.
